The other day while making this Easter basket, I asked my 9 year old if he would like it to use for Easter this year. His response "NO!! Only MOMS like polka dots!"

After making cookies this morning to take to the preschool teacher, we put them into a cellophane bag and tied it up with ribbon. My 5 year old said "are you going to take a picture of it now, so you can blog it?"

While playing the other day, my 9 year old scratched my coffee table with his shoe. Before I even had a chance to yell at him, he says "well, I guess it's just shabby chic now!"
"...you might be a redneck
CRAFTER!"
