A DINO-rific Party!

{Made By Me Monday}
 My little guy turned 5 in January. It's taken me a month to get this post together (better late than never!) So, to say he loves dinosaurs would be an understatement. He is actually crazy about them!
DINO-{in}VITE!
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
scrapbook paper
stapler
distress ink
hot glue
 print your invites onto your solid colored paper, cut dino paper into a square "pocket" shape, staple your pocket onto your third piece of scrapbook paper, distress the edges of your invite, print off some little #5's, distress their edges, and give them a little crumple and hot glue your numbers onto the pocket, and slide your printed invite card into the pocket
 The dinosaurs are near-
Let's give a roaring cheer!
They are stomping over to play

DINO-culars!
I wanted a simple craft project for the kids to do. I started with paper towel rolls and cut them into thirds (or fourths, depending on how big you want them). Hot glue two together.
 the kids decorated them with stickers and markers and they used these DINOculars to help them in the next game... DINO HUNT aka. hide and seek! :)

Another game we played was "Dig for Dinosaurs". I buried a couple of bags of dinosaurs in the sand and gave each kid a shovel, and they had so much fun digging for dinos! Each child got to take home ALL the dinosaurs they found and the shovel! :)
HAPPY MONDAY!!
